Terms of sale and delivery

The owner of the online store malestuskivid.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is Mälestuskivid LLC (registration code 17146251), located at Ülgase tee 15, Kallavere, Harju County, Estonia.

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of products from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. The price does not include VAT or a delivery surcharge.

Placing an order

To order goods from the Online Store, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required data fields. You can pay for the order via a bank link (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių bankas, Urbo bankas, Revolut Bank), by invoice or by debit card (Visa and MasterCard). Bank link and bank card payments are mediated and offered by Swedbank. Mälestuskivid OÜ is the controller of personal data, Mälestuskivid OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Swedbank. Products are paid for in euros (€). The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the Online Store.

Delivery

Delivery of the goods is free of charge. In mainland Estonia, generally by courier, alternatively to a post office box. On the Estonian islands and elsewhere in Europe, to a post office box. The order processing time is typically 21 calendar days from the arrival of the ashes to Mälestuskivid LLC, plus the delivery time. In exceptional cases, the order has the right to be delivered within 45 calendar days (the customer will be notified of this).

Right of withdrawal and complaints

According to Section 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act of Estonia, the right of withdrawal is not provided for contracts concluded for the transfer of a thing that is made taking into account the personal needs of the consumer who is a party to the contract; which is made in accordance with the conditions provided by the consumer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the memorial stone products we have created, please contact info@malestuskivid.ee, +372 5333 5054. We will do our best to correct any deficiencies in the products. 

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. The procedural terms and conditions can be viewed and an application submitted at https://ttja.ee/en/consumer-disputes-committee. The Consumer Disputes Commission is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer's complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
